These terms govern your use of selftickr. The short version: we give you a tool for tracking your own numbers, presented in the visual language of a stock. It is not advice, not a security, and the figures are the ones you typed in.
Your selftickr rating describes patterns in figures you entered yourself. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, not a prediction of future results, and not a regulated financial product. selftickr is not a registered investment adviser, broker, bank or financial institution, and nothing in the product should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
A selftickr ticker is a display name for your own tracked figures. It is not a share, unit, token or any other instrument; it cannot be bought, sold, transferred or invested in; it confers no rights of any kind; and nothing in selftickr constitutes an offer of securities.
selftickr does not connect to your bank. Every asset, liability, transaction and invoice figure is one you entered. We compute from what you give us and make no representation that the result is accurate, complete or suitable for tax, accounting, lending or legal purposes.
Invoices generated in the Work section are produced from data you entered. You are responsible for their accuracy, including tax treatment, and for meeting any e-invoicing requirements that apply where you or your client are established.
selftickr is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any financial decision taken on the basis of information shown in the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and will tell you why unless doing so would compromise an investigation or another user’s safety.
